The objective of this project is to assess and describe the need for introducing vocational education at higher and tertiary levels and for establishing vocational centers in Jordanian universities and transfer the EU experience in vocational training system and teaching.
This project will focus on developing vocational training program by constructing a vocational training center in Jordanian universities by:

• Developing the abilities of the staff in the universities
• Adopting e-learning to educational processes
• Improving connections between higher education, society and enterprises

The VTC will be established during the project run time. The performance of the center has to be guaranteed also after the project end. Therefore, the participating universities establish a contract between these universities and the VTC for subsequent support of the further work of the center. Additionally, the VTC’s make a contract with the participating enterprises for further cooperation after the project end. The contracts recognize the important work of the VTC.
